This design was originally part of a collection for a class, but I’m nothing if not thorough. I will never design something I don’t think will look good, and regardless of my beliefs on the school I go to or their religion, I’m thorough.

This collection was when I was in a really heavy historical mood.

This look was specifically inspired by the heavy bell-sleeves of scholars in the 1500s. Of course, these come to a close with a sophisticated cuff and flair, ruffle on the end of the cuff. I wanted the very classy, off-the-shoulder look that a lot of 1800s blouses had that was usually held up by a corset.

The top also has a flair-ruffle train attached to create the illusion of a bustle. The ruffles on the edge of the train create a unique and fashionable look. Of course, this needed to be fitted for a modern era to make sure the look is 100% comfortable and practical.

The pants are a simple wide-flare leg to keep movement and comfort to a maximum.

This look comes complete with a lace-up corset for maximum comfort. It can be adjusted for any size to keep the wearer comfortable.
