As A massive Horror fan, I just couldn’t help myself.
I’m always looking for new ways to infuse fashion with horror in a unique and terrifying way.
Now, I don’t know if you’ve ever seen Stephen King’s Creepshow or not, but the premise of the movie is five separate short stories rolled into one fun little movie. Each segment is represented in this gown.
The zombie Arm – “Father’s Day”
The grassy growths – “The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verill”
The werewolf hand and crate – “The Crate”
The water and the seashells – “Something to Tide You Over”
The Cigarette – “They’re Creeping Up on You”
The comic book pages are an ode to the beginning of the movie and the in-between segments that tie all the stories together. I will always love this gown and hopefully someday I’ll make it for wear.
