This knitted hat was a piece I’d been dying to make. It was all hand-knitted and about a week of non-stop knitting whenever I could get the time in. I was allowed to knit during class and even on my lunch break at work!
I’ve always been a big fan of Clown-core clothing and have been desperate to get my hands on some pieces. Luckily, I was homeschooled when I was younger and was required to learn to knit as part of our education.
These skills later came back to help me, even though I’d not knitted in years. All I needed was some yarn, fresh knitting needles, and a YouTube refresher. This hat, while it took a while, was quite fun to make! I may end up making more knitted projects in the future!
