The Gown.
This design was made of pure ego.
I designed this during (I think) my first semester in college. I saw a prom gown in a retail shop that I liked, but it just wasn’t quite enough.
I wanted to “fix” it.
The ego, I know, I know. But You have to admit, this design is sexy. Now, I did end up purchasing the gown to create this design, but I have yet to finish it. Now, to be inclusive, because not everyone would feel comfortable with the open sides of the gown, I also designed a little top skirt to go over the fishtail of the gown out of black velvet to cover the open sides of the gown and create a different silhouette.
